Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Z-Links application and related services (“Service”) provided by We Code IT Technology Limited (“We Code IT”, “we”, or “us”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age required by law, you may only use the Service with a parent/guardian’s consent.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features may require paid subscriptions or one-time fees. Prices, taxes, and billing cycles will be presented at checkout and may change with notice where required by law.
- By submitting a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees and taxes.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel in your account or app store settings.
- Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or our posted refund policy (if any).
4. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not, and will not attempt to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., by introducing malware, scraping without permission, rate-limiting bypass, or reverse engineering except as permitted by law);
- Infringe or misappropriate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent;
- Use the Service to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
5. User Content & Licenses
- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting, you grant We Code IT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
- You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Z-Links name, trademarks, logos, software, and all related intellectual property, is owned by We Code IT or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, business partners). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Code IT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Code IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless We Code IT and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately for violations of these Terms, to comply with law, or to protect the Service or users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions (including Sections 6–12) survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Zambia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide appropriate notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
