Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of Z-Links, a discovery and listing application operated by We Code IT Technology Limited. By creating an account, browsing listings, publishing listings, contacting providers or using any part of Z-Links, you agree to these terms and the Z-Links Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Z-Links.

Z-Links helps users discover businesses, freelancers, products, services, homes, cars and other listings. It also helps providers publish listings and receive enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, direct messages or other contact tools.

Z-Links is a platform for discovery and connection. Unless we clearly state otherwise, We Code IT is not the seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, agent, freelancer, employer or customer in transactions between users.

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use paid features or publish listings.
• If you use Z-Links for a business, agency or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business, agency or organisation.
• You must follow all laws that apply to your listings, services, products, property, vehicles, enquiries and transactions.

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that appear false, unsafe, inactive, abusive or in breach of these terms.

If you publish a business profile, service, freelance profile, property listing, vehicle listing or product listing, you are responsible for that listing.

You agree that your listings will:

• Be accurate, lawful and not misleading.
• Use photos, logos, videos and descriptions that you own or have permission to use.
• Show prices, availability, location, condition and important terms clearly where applicable.
• Not advertise illegal, stolen, unsafe, counterfeit or restricted goods or services.
• Not copy another person's listing, brand, profile or contact details without permission.

We may review, edit, reject, hide or remove listings if we believe they break these terms, create risk for users, receive serious complaints or harm the quality of Z-Links.

Users and providers are responsible for their own communication, inspections, checks, agreements, payments, delivery, refunds, warranties, tenancy arrangements, employment arrangements and service outcomes.

You should use care before paying money, meeting another person, signing documents, sharing personal information or relying on a listing. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, available, safe or suitable for you.

Z-Links may offer paid subscriptions, paid listings, boosted listings, business tools or other paid features. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in the relevant app store.

• Paid features may be billed through app stores, payment processors, mobile money providers or other approved payment channels.
• You must keep payment information accurate and make payments when due.
• If a payment fails, we may limit, suspend or remove paid features.
• Refunds are handled according to the checkout terms, app store rules or applicable law.
• We may change prices or paid features on a going forward basis, with notice where required.

Content you submit to Z-Links may include listings, photos, videos, logos, descriptions, reviews, messages, reports, profile details and other materials. You keep ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant We Code IT a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, store, copy, display, publish, distribute, adapt and use that content as needed to operate, promote, protect and improve Z-Links.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that the content does not violate any law, contract, privacy right, publicity right, intellectual property right or these terms.

Z-Links may help users contact providers through call buttons, WhatsApp links, messages or other enquiry tools. Once communication moves to a third party service, that service is responsible for its own platform and policies.

You agree not to harass, threaten, spam, scam, impersonate or abuse other users. You must not collect user information from Z-Links for unrelated marketing or resale.

You must not:

• Use Z-Links for fraud, scams, false listings or misleading offers.
• Post illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, adult, stolen, counterfeit or unsafe content.
• Offer goods or services that you are not allowed to sell or provide.
• Interfere with the app, servers, security systems or other users.
• Scrape, copy or harvest listings, user information or app content without permission.
• Upload viruses, malicious code or content designed to damage systems.
• Use another person's account, brand, identity, images or contact information without permission.
• Try to avoid payment, subscription limits, moderation or security measures.

We may provide reporting tools or support channels for suspicious listings, unsafe behaviour, intellectual property concerns or policy violations.

We may investigate reports and take action, including warning users, removing listings, limiting accounts, suspending accounts or contacting authorities where appropriate. We do not promise that every report will result in action.

Z-Links, its design, software, brand, logos and platform content belong to We Code IT Technology Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or misuse any part of Z-Links unless we give written permission.

If you believe content on Z-Links infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the content, your rights and your contact details.

Z-Links may link to or open third party services, such as app stores, payment services, maps, phone dialers, WhatsApp, email apps, websites and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for third party services, their content, their availability, their fees or their handling of information.

We may suspend, limit or terminate your access to Z-Links if we believe you have breached these terms, created risk for users, violated law, failed to pay fees, misused the service or harmed the platform.

You may stop using Z-Links at any time. Some records may be kept after account closure as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Z-Links is provided as available. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error free, uninterrupted or that every listing will be accurate, safe, lawful or available.

We do not endorse every provider, user, listing, product, property, vehicle or service shown on Z-Links. Users should make their own checks before acting on any listing.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, We Code IT Technology Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of Z-Links.

We are not liable for disputes, losses, injuries, payments, refunds, delivery issues, property issues, vehicle issues, service quality or other problems between users and providers, except where the law says otherwise.

You agree to protect We Code IT Technology Limited, its directors, employees, partners and agents from claims, losses, costs and expenses that arise from your listings, your content, your transactions, your breach of these terms, your violation of law or your violation of another person's rights.

We may update, improve, limit, suspend or discontinue parts of Z-Links at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. The latest version will apply from the date shown on the terms.

If you continue using Z-Links after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
